American Family Care (“AFC”) is a national leader in the urgent care and family care sectors with over 30 clinics located in two states.  AFC has helped over five million patients, offering primary and urgent care, as well as weight loss clinics, occupational medicine, and worker’s compensation health services.

Director of Special Projects, 2010 – Present

  • Business analyst responsible for forecasting patient volume and demand
  • Appointed to executive leadership team
  • Team leader for banking and merchant services and EMR/PM selection committees
  • Implementation and efficiency management leader
  • Crafted AFC’s private pay flat fee policy which led to a 40% decrease in bad debt
  • Created e-mail marketing campaign for the 2011 flu season
